The main goal is to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of all our enterprises. All businesses should strive to be among the best in their fields. Individual profitability targets based on the analysis of reference indicators are set for each division. In addition, all enterprises must earn at least the cost of capital. Plans for achieving these goals are developed with all enterprises, concrete and realistic measures are determined. These measures are reviewed, adjusted as necessary and monitored in the course of regular dialogue between the holding company and the relevant decentralized unit. The management of enterprises bears full responsibility for the results.
As part of our performance drive, we are also paying more attention to a culture of productivity across the group and constantly improving our competitiveness. It also involves constantly reviewing and revising our key performance indicators and the logic behind them, as well as the corresponding reward systems.
