General description of products
CORODUR 720 is a relatively low-alloy flux cored wire. Weld surfacing is ideal for parts subject to impact, metal-to-metal friction, and severe abrasion/erosion by small particles. This produces a complete martensitic deposit that is rich in iron borides and carbides. The operating temperature should not exceed 200°C to keep wear to a minimum.
