• DILLINAL 460/630 is our patented steel, specially developed for transport tanks, with increased tensile strength and exceptional low temperature toughness. DILLINAL 460/630 NL has been tested for durability down to -40°C.
• DILLINAL 460/630 is a normalized-annealed fine grain structural steel with properties not only equal to, but actually superior to, those specified in EN 10028 Part 3. It can be used in accordance with widely applicable codes of practice anywhere in the world .
• Its machinability is also impressive – DILLINAL 460/630 can be easily hot or cold formed, gas cut and welded.
• Depending on the specific design, the use of DILLINAL reduces the weight of the tank by up to 10%. Payload weight naturally increases accordingly.
