General description of products
The flux-cored wire electrode is suitable for welding parts made of manganese steel (Hadfield type) that are subject to heavy shock wear. The non-magnetic austenite coating is strong, free of cracks and hardening. The welding process must be as cold as possible due to grain growth and embrittlement at temperatures above 400°C. Typical applications are found in the restoration of crusher jaws, railway parts, bucket teeth and lips, and it is intended for the restoration of worn manganese-based parts.
