Armox® 560T is the world’s strongest protection plate with a nominal hardness of 560 HBW for use in vehicles, buildings and many other applications.

Mechanical tests

Brinell hardness test according to EN ISO 6506-1 for each individual heat treatment.

Charpy impact test according to EN ISO 148 at each heating and thickness from 6 mm.

Tensile test according to EN ISO 6892 at each heating.

Ultrasonic control

According to EN ISO 10160, class E 3 S 3 .
