1) Brinell hardness (HBW) according to EN ISO 6506-1 on a milled surface of 0.5-3 mm. At least one test sample from the melt and for every 40 tons. The maximum deviation of the thickness of the test sample from the thickness of the sheet is ±15 mm.

Tolerances correspond to the guaranteed thickness parameters of Hardox steel. The guaranteed parameters of Hardox® steel meet the requirements of EN 10029 class A with tighter tolerances.

According to the SSAB company range. Tolerances according to SSAB’s standards for sheet metal with uncut edges or according to EN 10029.

 

Form

Tolerances of the EN 10029 standard.

 

Flatness

The tolerances correspond to the guaranteed flatness parameters of Hardox® steel in class E, which exceed the requirements of EN 10029 in class N.
