The production process uses a patented sheet hardening technology. First, the sheets are hardened and annealed, which involves heating them in a furnace to the austenite temperature, and then evenly cooling in a quenching device. This ensures uniform hardness across the entire cross-section of the sheet, impact toughness and high ballistic resistance. Customers can choose the type of armor plate, which, in combination with high hardness and reduced thickness, allows for innovative solutions that meet the criteria for ballistic resistance for armored vehicles, ballistic shields, multi-layer armor, gun turrets and mobile containers.
